February Currently

It's that time again!  February's Currently is up and running.

Listening... to my poor daughter cough and moan.  This was the first year in her life that she hasn't had a flu shot (I tried but the doctor's office was out at the time!).  After a visit to the doctor yesterday she has a confirmed case of influenza B and is on Tamiflu (which is outrageously expensive).  Hopefully she'll be feeling better soon and the rest of us non-flu-shot-getting-family-members won't get it!

Loving... that I figured out how to make clipart!!  I don't know that it's market quality but it sure looks cute in the product I'm working on this weekend.

Thinking... I seriously need to go through my TpT wishlist  before tomorrow's sale.  This could be really bad for my bank account!  Luckily I won a $50 TpT gift certificate from Christi at Ms. Fultz's Corner during a recent giveaway.

Wanting...  an iMac in the worst way!!  We only have a laptop at our house.  Does anyone else get a sore finger tip after using a MacBook for an extended period of time?  I haven't convinced my husband that this is reason enough to purchase an iMac though.

Needing... to clean this messy house!  Enough said.

Pet peeves... My top pet peeve is mouth noises.  I can hardly tolerate loud gum chewing or listening to someone chew their food.  I just have to put myself in my happy place or I'm afraid I'll rip their head off (yep, it's that bad)!

    So cool that you've learned how to make clip art (and it looks great!). I've been wanting to try this myself, but I have no idea how to even get started!

    I am working on making my own clipart too! Mine is definitely a work in progress. I definitely hear you on the mouth noises. Throat noises also do me in. They are just too much.

    I am so sorry to hear that your sweet little one is not feeling well. I hope she is on the mend. Congrats on succeeding in making clip art. That is incredible. Your first attempt looks amazing!

    OOOOOOhhhhh nooooooooooooo! Bless your daughter's heart! It is SO hard when your littles are sick and you can't do anything. I think my 1 year old has ANOTHER sinus infection and we will be headed to the doctor tmrw morning. I hate winter!!

    Yay for clipart! So fun! I need to clean too (not so fun) and I hate mouth noises as well!!

    I hope your daughter feels better soon and that you don't get it!

    Hope your little one gets better soon. An imac has been on our wishlist for a while...maybe next Christmas.
