Let's Get Acquainted!

Do you know what's worse than daylight savings time?  Gloomy weather the day after daylight savings time!  All I wanted to do today was go home, get in my comfy clothes, cuddle on the couch and get my hour back!!

I'm happy to be linking up with Latoya at Flying into First Grade and her Let's Get Acquainted linky party.  The rules are you have to tell something about yourself using your initials and then visit the two people that linked up before you.  My initials are AJV, so here goes...

A is for artsy

I love to create!  My favorite thing to do is to paint furniture in whimsical patterns.  Here are a few pieces that I've painted.

J is for jogging

I started jogging about two years ago.  I ran my first marathon in 2011 and my second in 2012 (I have no plans of running my third in 2013)!  I love the think time that you get when you're jogging.  I think the key to running is having the right shoes!  Here are my favorite running shoes.

V is for vacation

In less than three weeks we are going on vacation.  We're going to Disney World!  I can't wait to relax and spend time with my family (and Mickey).
